  • About the Tour

  • How do I book a disability ticket?

Due to the nature of the studio layout, and due to our evacuation policy, we can only accommodate one Wheelchair or mobility vehicle on each tour (unless discussed with us prior to booking).

These tickets where still available can be found in the ticket options on the Ticketmaster booking page, if it doesn’t show this ticket type for the tour you are looking for, sadly this space is already in use, so please check other times on that day.

Carers attending guests with disabilities qualify for a complimentary assistant ticket which will only unlock with purchase of an accessible ticket for the tour

For more information, please read our Access statement.

  • Are there toilets on site?

    Of course!
Toilet facilities for all are located at the start and end of the tour.
Should you need to use the facilities during the tour, please let your guide know and they will arrange this for you.

  • Do you take cash or card onsite (at the tour)?

We operate as a cash-free site, therefore any payments made on site must be made by Card.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and contactless payments (including Apple and Android pay).

  • Why are there dates without any tours?

There are often periods of time when tours are unable to take place due to filming schedules and work taking place on the sets, in anticipation of our current and future shows.

  • When do tours take place?

Tours will take place on limited and selected dates throughout the year.
As the tour takes you through fully working television studios, the Production requirements for any studio will always take priority over a tour. We have worked with the Production teams to determine key dates where we are able to access the studios for tour purposes. These dates can be found on our booking page.
Additional dates may be added to our booking page throughout the year, so please check the website regularly to find the best dates for your booking.
