As the coming days and weeks look to bring a new normal to our everyday, we wanted to update you on our current status for the ITV Daytime Tours.

Given current legislation, government guidance and in coordination with all the relevant production teams, we’re continuing to review our options to, safely and without compromise, take guests back behind the scenes of Television Centre.

As we’re sure you can appreciate, we have the added challenge of ensuring vital filming needs for multiple productions are met first and foremost in what is a restricted indoor space. Therefore, in the absence of a date we know we can confidently welcome you as our guest, we have today contacted all ticket holders and issued an automatic refund for any and all tickets. We ask guests with tickets to check their inbox or Junk box for the update from us.


How long will the Tours remain closed?
We will reassess tours at the end of the year and will post any updates on our website and social channels.

How do I get a refund?
We have automatically refunded all tickets for this tour, and funds will appear back in the lead bookers account within 7-10 days.

I have booked a ticket through a third-party agent, can I still get a refund?
If you have booked a ticket through a third-party agent, please contact them directly and a full refund will be provided.

 I have booked a visit using a gift ticket, how will I be refunded?
If you have booked a visit to our tours using a gift ticket, you will be automatically refunded to the account used by the person who purchased the Gift Ticket.

What happens to my unredeemed gift ticket?
As we are unsure how and when tours will return at Daytime, we have at this time refunded every ticket including Gift Tickets.

Am I able to transfer my ticket or gift ticket to another tour, or to extend the validity?
At this stage all of our tours will remain closed allowing Production teams time to resume and continue filming safely. Therefore any new tickets for any tour will need to be purchased new from the relevant tour website, as and when they resume.
